Thank you for shopping with DremTeam. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  • We offer an enhanced 30 Day Sleep Guarantee as well, if you haven't seen a change in your sleep, you can send what's left back to us, and you'll get a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare or beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at info@dremteam.com.
